Rental and Safety Rules
Please read these rules before your rental date. Following them helps keep your guests safe and protects against additional fees.
Important Requirements
⚠️ REQUIRED
- ⚠️ Adult supervision: At least one (1) responsible adult 18+ must supervise the inflatable while in use.
- ⚠️ Power: Setup must be within 50 feet of an adequate, dedicated power outlet. We can provide an extension cord if needed — no household extension cords allowed.
- ⚠️ Obstacles: Disclose any obstacles (trees, low wires, slopes, fences) on the setup form at least 48 hours before delivery.
❌ NOT PERMITTED
- ❌ No shoes, belts, jewelry with metal, sharp objects, silly string, markers, or glitter.
- ❌ No food, gum, hard candy, or glass inside inflatables.
- ❌ No pets on or inside inflatables.
- ❌ No water on dry-only inflatables. Only units marked as water/slides may be used with water.
✅ RECOMMENDED
- ✅ Follow posted capacity limits — overloading can damage a unit or create unsafe conditions.
- ✅ Review your rental contract for cleaning, pet-waste, and cancellation policies.
- ✅ Keep shoes and sharp objects in a secure area away from the inflatables.
Things To Do Before We Arrive
- Clear the setup area of debris, lawn furniture, toys, and pet waste. If our team must clean pet waste, additional fees may apply.
- Confirm any changes to delivery address, setup location, or event time as soon as possible.
- Have an adult 18+ meet our driver to direct to the setup location and approve placement. The inflatable cannot be moved once set.
- Measure your intended space (including vertical clearance). Watch for low tree branches, overhead wires, or other obstructions.
- If using stakes, make sure the ground is suitable. If stakes are not possible, we will use sandbags — additional fees may apply for special anchoring.

Damage & Cleaning Fees
Fees may be charged for excessive cleaning, stains, pet waste removal, burns, cuts, or punctures. Failure to follow the "Not Permitted" rules can result in repair or replacement charges.
- Minor cleaning may be covered; excessive cleaning or stains will be billed.
- Punctures, burns, or irreparable damage will be charged at replacement cost.
- Unauthorized use (wetting a dry unit, altering anchors, etc.) may result in additional fees.
